What it mostly delivered was full-motion video games, those grainy live-action experiences like Night Trap that looked like a VHS tape having a panic attack. There were genuine gems in there, but you had to dig past a lot of pixelated actors.
The add-on that promised cinema and delivered a very expensive VCR.
