Guess Who? flipped its way into 1979, a two-player deduction game with two boards of cartoon faces and a series of yes-or-no questions used to narrow down your opponent's secret character. 'Does your person have a beard?' Flip down everyone who doesn't. Repeat until only one face — hopefully the right one — is left standing.
It quietly taught a generation the logic of elimination, and the satisfying clack of flipping down a whole row of faces after a good question is core childhood ASMR. It also sparked many a kid's first realization that 'is your person a man?' eliminates a suspicious number of the board.
Deductive, face-flipping, and quietly clever, Guess Who? is the question-and-answer classic that turned narrowing-down into a delightfully clacky little duel.
